Can I EDIT code on it?
No, we believe code editing has it’s place on Desktop with popular editors. This app is designed to explore your code and take notes on it.
Which sources does it support?
At the moment we only support git through Github. We plan to support more sources in the future.
Do you support Markdown?
Yes! We support Markdown, you can use it to format your notes.
Are notes synced between devices?
No, at the moment your notes are only stored locally on your device. We plan to add an optional sync service in the future but the app will always work in a local only mode for your notes privacy if you prefer so.
Do you have a light theme?
Not yet, but we do have light themes for the code viewer.
Do you have a desktop app?
Not yet, but we plan to release a desktop app in the future.
How much does it cost?
It used to be a paid app but Now it’s free!
What about privacy?
This app does not collects any information directly related to you nor your email. We use Microsoft's AppCenter device based analytics to have an idea of what our users do on the app and the errors they have. None of the info pulled from sources is shared with Codereader nor Microsoft.
Does it supports images?
Well no, at the moment we don’t display images nor it’s raw content.
